About the Owner
My name is Marisol Santiago. I was born and raised in New York. I lived there until I was 30 years old when I moved to Orlando, Florida in 2007.
I originally established Royalty Billing in 2006. I met so many physicians that struggled with having their billing processed appropriately. This affected many providers who had their own practices and were trying to maintain afloat among the ever-rising culture of private physicians negotiating with hospitals to take over their practices.
My goal was to open a billing company which could service physicians with their revenue cycle management needs and not have to pay such astronomical prices for these services all at the same time as receiving professional services by knowledgeable personnel. This still remains as my primary goal.
